The tour will begin with arrival at Ulaanbaatar, the capital city of Mongolia, by checking in to the hotel. City sightseeing includes the most famous spots of Sukhbaatar Square, Gandan monastery, and the Chingis Khaan Museum. (L/D) n
The second day begins with a flight to Murun city which is in central of Huvsgul province. Drive to the Huvsgul lake, known as Asian Switzerland for its magnificent view. You will stay overnight in Mongolian traditional Ger Camp. (B/L/D)
The following day is dedicated to exploring Khuvsgul Lake and trekking around the Taiga Forest. Taiga is the motherland of Reindeer herders known as Tsaatan. Getting to know their nomadic lifestyle and relationship with the reindeers will help you understand the uniqueness of the culture. (B/L/D)
We will drive to the south to the Jargalant soum. Spend the rest of the day enjoying the dreamy view of the rivers Khunjil and Ider and stay overnight in Ger Camp. (B/L/D)
Begin the day with a drive to Khorgo National Park and check in to the camp located on the north side of the volcano Khorgo Mount and stay overnight. (B/L/D)
Climb to the Khorgo extinct volcano and see the spectacular mountain view from the crater. Excursion to the freshwater of Terkhiin Tsagaan (White Lake) (61sq.km) which you may rent a water boat to cover around. For the evening, you’ll visit a herdsman's family which breeds Yak. You can try riding horses for an authentic nomad experience and will spend the night in Ger Camp. (B/L/D)
On this day we will drive to Ikh-Tamir soum on the way to visit the Chuluut River Canyon. You will be accommodated to ger Camps along 18m high cliff of granite Taikhar rock and stay the night. (B/L/D)
Drive to Kharkhorin city, which was the ancient capital of the Mongolian Empire, via Tsetserleg. Stay overnight in Ger Camp. (B/L/D)
You will visit the first-ever Buddhist monastery in Mongolia, Erdene Zuu. After an excursion to the Orkhon river, visit the horse breeding family. After some fun followed by short trekking around the scenery, go back to the Ger camp for the night. (B/L/D)
This day starts with a drive to Elsen Tasarkhai sand dune which is a combination of mountain, forest, and Gobi Desert landscapes that occur together to create spectacular scenery. Travelers will stay overnight in Ger Camp during the trip. (B/L/D)
You will visit the Khogno Khan National Park which features many historical sites and monasteries from the 17th century. After exploring the natural reserve, we will drive back to Ulaanbaatar and spend the evening with Folklore entertainment. You will stay in the hotel for the night.(B/L/D)
Last day of the trip end with departure to the airport.
